This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for services rendered through our online funding platform.   1. General Policy Due to the nature of our services—which involve financial assessments, funding decisions, and backend processing—all service fees, application fees, and processing fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by this policy or required by law. By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.   2. Non-Refundable Services The following services are strictly non-refundable:

Application review and pre-qualification assessments  

Credit report and identity verification services  

Processing and underwriting fees  

Expedited services or consultations  

Third-party fees (e.g., payment processors, KYC verifiers)  

Once these services are rendered—whether or not funding is approved—they are non-reversible and non-refundable.   3. Refundable Services (If Applicable) We may issue a refund in the following limited scenarios:

Duplicate payment made by error  

Incorrect billing due to a technical or administrative fault on our end  

Service not delivered, where a paid service was not rendered due to system failure, and no personal information was submitted or processed  

To request a refund in these cases, contact us at billing@cslsolutionsllc.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.   4. How to Request a Refund To submit a refund request, please email billing@cslsolutionsllc.com with the following information:

Full name  

Email address used for registration  

Date and amount of payment  

Transaction ID or receipt number  

Detailed reason for the refund request  

We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.   5. Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is made:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account  

We may engage legal counsel or debt recovery services to recover the amount  

You may be blacklisted from using our services in the future  

We encourage all clients to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.   6. No Guarantee of Approval Paying for any service (e.g., application processing) does not guarantee approval of funding. We reserve the right to deny funding based on our eligibility criteria, and such outcomes do not qualify for refunds.   7. Policy Updates We may update this Refund Policy periodically.
